Czech Air Force Trainees Achieve APS Rating

Three trainees from the Czech Air Force have reached an important milestone in their air traffic control journey, completing the Approach Surveillance (APS) Rating course at CANI. Over 14 weeks, from April to July 2026, they combined classroom learning with intensive simulator-based training, working through 97 practical simulation exercises of increasing complexity to build the skills needed for approach surveillance control operations.

The course concluded with final assessments and a certificate presentation ceremony, celebrating the hard work, dedication, and professionalism each trainee brought to the training.

Congratulations to all three! We're proud of what they've achieved and and we wish them every success in the next stage of their professional development.

Together, we are building the skills that keep skies safe.
