Avinor Trainees Achieved ADC Rating; APS Phase Underway at CANI
CANI has successfully completed the ADC Rating Training course for its international partner Avinor, marking another milestone in their ongoing cooperation in air traffic controller education.
The 13-week programme combined theoretical instruction with intensive simulator-based training, taking participants from foundational knowledge through to complex operational scenarios. Throughout the course, a strong emphasis was placed on practical exercises, regular briefings and debriefings, and structured performance checks — building both the technical proficiency and operational confidence that aerodrome controllers need from day one.
Delivered by CANI's experienced instructors, the course ran smoothly and in full alignment with the client's standards and expectations. All participants successfully completed the training and final assessments, earning their Certificates of Completion — a result that reflects the dedication and professionalism the Avinor trainees brought to every stage of the course.
The journey does not stop there. The trainees have now moved on to the next phase of their development, with APS Rating training currently underway at CANI. Building on the solid foundation established during the ADC course, this next stage will further expand their skills and prepare them for the full demands of operational service.
CANI is proud to continue supporting Avinor in advancing air traffic control expertise and remains grateful for the enduring trust and excellent collaboration between our teams.
Congratulations once again to all participants—well done, good luck on your journey ahead!
