I started my ATC training as a student in the US Air Force in 1991. In 1992, I received my full tower controller license. In 1994, I started as an OJTI. I quit the military to work as a civilian ATCO later that same year. On a contract from a third party, I first joined CANI in 2009. Enrolled in 2010 as an employee. My hobbies include running marathons, going out with my family, and discovering the best restaurants in the Czech Republic.

I have been employed at CANI since 2017. My instructor career journey here has been anything but conventional. In 2015, I relocated from Ukraine to the Czech Republic with six years of experience in air traffic control at the Odessa Area Control Center. Initially applying as a pseudopilot to gain a foothold in the new country, I was offered the opportunity to become a simulator instructor, and I eagerly accepted. CANI is the ideal place for this, as I have had the privilege of working and learning from the finest instructors, both local and foreign. My job is especially enjoyable due to the fantastic team and congenial atmosphere we foster. I take great pleasure in imparting my knowledge and witnessing students grow in their professional careers.
My personal motto is "It's never too late," and in adherence to that, I have several hobbies, including interior design, swing dancing, DJing club music, and singing in a local ATC band called the TCAS Climbers. This list will continue to grow! :)
